Mr. Hatem has been in the Renewable Energy Industry for over 12 years, and he is Chairman Board of Directors of Shams El Wadi Company for Agricultural Development that was established in 2020 and he was previously the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Safa Contracting Company. One of his greatest achievements is being the founder of the first model farm that is a merge of Renewable Energy Systems and Agriculture life.
Dr. Medhat Mihareb
Head of Consulting Department, Doctorate’s Degree in Renewable Energy & Inverters – University of Colorado – USA. Dr. Medhat is our resident expert in Renewable Energy, inverters, and electrical cars. Coming from Canada with over 34 years of experience in solar and electrical systems Dr. Medhat adds his experience with project development and consulting to WinSola.
Eng. Abbas Rady
Managing Director and Head of Projects Design, with over 18 years experience in designing solar energy systems, our Solar systems expert Engineer Abbas was the first to connect a solar system to the medium voltage grid in Egypt. His is last job was the Projects General Manager at Arab Renewable Energy Company (ARECO) which belongs to Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI).
Dr. Amr Abdelkader
Head of the Local Manufacturing Department, Dr. Amr Abdel-Kader spent thirty years of his career in the industry before joining the British University in Egypt. During his career, he served in almost all Research and Development jobs. Before joining the BUE Dr. Amr Abdel Kader served as the technical director of the Arab organization of Industrialization (AOI). Dr. Amr is our resident expert with wind energy systems and water desalination systems.
